2. Returns Policy
We have NO return OR refund policy.
In addition to the quality assurance from our suppliers,however, we provide pre-sale testing on our products to ensure they can operate with their fundamental functionalities; for AEG products, we will ensure that AEG products we sold can complete entire BB content of the AEG magazine/clip at two operation models respectively (i.e. "Semi-Auto" mode and "Auto" mode).
Customers should SERIOUSLY CONSIDER the risks before buying, IF you have any doubt/uncertain about our testing procedures.
3. Shipping methods
Provided that the destination countries/regions/cities allow, we deliver our products to all corners of the World. Customers shall review/consult their local representatives for LATEST relevant rules/policies.
A. International Air Mail - by Hongkong Post
International Air Mail usually takes 7-14 days (or longer for European countries). We will provide e-mail with track number and methods upon dispatch of the order. Our responsibility STOPS once we successfully sending out FROM Hongkong (i.e. obtained "Proof of Postage" from the post office). However, we will try our best to follow-up your oder and its delivery status.
Remarks (1): Basic insurance coverage is provided by Hongkong post. If customers ask for additional insurance coverage, customers should raise the request in advance and aware of EXTRA payment/service charge induced. OTHERWISE, all compensations bounded by Hongkong Post Office.
Remarks (2): Customers need to take responsibility of taxes and duties THEMSELVES.
B. Shipping Fees and Service Charges
Shipping cost depending on location, our system will be listed in details during the checkout process.
C. Other Shipping Methods
Currently, we only provide International Airmail via Hongkong Post. If customers request shipping methods, e.g.surface mail, Express Airmail, customers shall contact us via email in advance.
4. NO Battery will be shipped
For recent aviation regulation, Lithium Polymer (Li-po) battery cannot ship via Airmail. Ni-MH/Ni-CD battery comes with Airsoft item (wherever apply), may be treated as Li-po by some customs staff. To ensure the order delivery process, ALL batteries will NOT include in overseas order. If customers insist to have the original Ni-MH/Ni-CD battery, please STATED clearly in your order.
